1 Apartment rental rates :
Rental rates include the rent and the charges. There is no charge for internet. For monthly rental rates telephone and electricity is charged above the rent according to consumption (expenses depending on how much you use electrical heating and hot water). Electricity cost per kilowatt is indicated on the rental contract. For apartment centrally heated, charge will only be for the lights and use of machines. I nsurance : Apartments roquapart Paris take out an insurance policy for the tenants. 50 euros is due beside the rent for any rental contract. This insurance does not cover the tenant personal belongings and in the case of cancellation. Apartments Roquapart Paris will not be liable for casualty, loss or theft.
2 Rental agreement :
Minimum stay is one week. In order to prepare a contract we will ask you a copy of your passport , your home address, exact dates of your stay, the exact number of people who will stay in the apartment.
3 Check in / check out :
Ckeck in : On your arrival you simply go directly to the apartment . We will ask you for your aircraft arrival time, and full details for your arrival (address, etc..) will be emailed to you on confirmation of your booking (receipt of contract and payment). We will do the check in with you In your apartment and handle you keys. We will help you settle in your apartment and show you how appliances work. You will sign the inventory listing document. In case the security deposit has not been paid together with the balance of the rent, the security deposit will be paid in cash (or with a certified check). Please note that there is a 100 euros surcharge for arrivals on sundays and bank holidays .
Check out : In order to do the check out with you, we simply meet you at the apartment at the time which suits you, normally more or less an hour before you leave to the airport or to the station . We will check that the apartment is fine, (as it was for the check in) – we will calculate the electricity costs with the meter and the phone costs (allofact or statement) and estimate the cleaning costs. Most of the time deposit is send back by bank wire transfer after deduction of the costs stipulated on the check out document (signed by you).
All our apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped with the amenities of modern living. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, most have high speed internet and washing machines, The idea is that you need only bring your personal belongings, the rest you will find in the apartment. You should however bring an electric socket converter if you are travelling with rechargeable electronic devices. Linen is provided in all apartments accordingly to the number of guests.
We try to represent our Paris apartments for rent as accurately as possible, as it is important that our guest feel confident and know exactly what they are booking.
Pets are often not allowed in Parisian apartments. To be checked in advance
7 Fireplaces in parisian apartments
Some apartments have fireplaces. Be aware that it is strictly not allowed to light fire in any apartment for security reasons.
Our apartments are all located in Paris in safety areas, Apartments buildings have a security code entry, plus sometimes an interphone buzzer as well. Security should not be an issue during your stay. We offer apartments for different purposes and profiles of customers. If your stay is short term (for vacations or business stays), you will want to have everything within walking distance, workplace, shops, restaurants, cafés. In the case of your visit being of longer term (over a month) you can consider some off-center neighbourghoods, which are highly connected yet have authentic and tourist-free environments. Whatever rental you choose, Metro stations will never be more than 5-minute walk away.
Apartments Roquapart Paris cannot be held responsible in case of temporary not working elevators or other general services like central heating (etc..) nevertheless, If anything happens please let us know, we will take contact with the owner and the managing agent to inform you.

In most apartments high speed internet is provided. If a technical problem occurs while you rent the apartment, we will help you to contact the provider but we cannot be held responsible.
You have to inform us immediately of any damage or deterioration happening in the rented place, even with no visible result.
Various transports facilities from the airports to Paris. The cheapest way is the RER - more expensive are Taxis. Services are proposed by RATP (Parisian transports services) : Roissybus et Orlybus. You also have Air France buses and shuttle services – (see links on the site).
