Short term rentals terms (extract)

Temporary apartment reservation : Effective upon receipt of 50 % of the rent (i.e.downpayment ) together with the signed contract and the general terms. Apartments Roquapart Paris will confirm the reservation of your furnished apartment in Paris France.
Payment : Downpayment for the reservation by bank account transfer to Apartments roquapart Paris account (or certified bank check). The balance of the rent is due by bank transfer 15 days before the beginning of the rental period. Bank charges are paid by the tenant.
Security deposit : the amount is specified in the rental contract of your furnished apartment and due together with the balance of the rent or at the latest on checking in.
Cancellation : In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation with over one month‘s notice expenses due will amount to 15 % of the total rent (with a minimum amount of 400 euros). In case of shorter notice no downpayment refund. In case of cancellation with less than one week notice, no refund for the rent (for stays between one week and one month). Once the stay has started, the full cost of the rental is due without any right to an eventual refund. Should circumstances beyond our control prevent us from letting the apartment selected, Apartments Roquapart Paris will make an alternative offer or if absolutely necessary, cancel the reservation in which case only the the payment made would be refunded.
Check-in/Check-out : The apartment keys are handled on site (in your furnished apartment) after inventory check-in and returned similarly after inventory check out.
Insurance : Apartments roquapart Paris take out an insurance policy for the tenants. 50 euros is due beside the rent for any rental contract. This insurance does not cover the tenant personal belongings and in the case of cancellation. Apartments Roquapart Paris will not be liable for casualty, loss or theft.
