• Beside the rent you will be charged for electricity and phone costs.
• 50 euros insurance will be charged for any rental contract.
• There is a 100 euros surcharge for arrivals on Sundays.

For the check in -at your arrival- we meet you at the apartment . We will show you your short term furnished apartment and we will give all the information needed in order to use the appliances. We will help you settle in. For the check out and handling of keys we will also meet you at your apartment.
